Detailed analyses can be performed on various sites for evaluation, selection, expansion/consolidation and optimization.       With Manhattan Market Planning, models can be built for site evaluation, market penetration and customer prospecting.       In light of the coming IASB/FASB changes that will eliminate capital leases while requiring future obligations forecasting, there is now more need than ever for automating new processes with Manhattan Lease Management software. Manhattan Lease Management is used to record multitudes of transactions including rent, real estate taxes, property insurance, common area charges, tenant improvement reconciliation and recovery and sublease payments.
