DALLAS, Texas – Since 1986, BRG has evolved from a local furniture dealership in San Jose, California, into a leading International Workplace Management Solutions company specializing in business advisory services, technology deployment and staff augmentation centered around Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management.
Many of the company’s early successes were attributable to major engagements with clients on a significant growth curve. In one such example, BRG started servicing a leading global technology company when they were fewer than 100 employees in startup mode. Today, BRG continues to serve that same client that has now grown to over 70,000 employees worldwide. Through the years, BRG has expanded their client portfolio to include hundreds of leading corporations, government entities, institutions of higher education and health care organizations.
Along the way, the company has grown through both organic and acquisition strategies to now include a local presence in nineteen cities across the United States and Canada. This geographic footprint enables BRG’s ability to support clients across North America and around the world.
In the mid 90’s the company’s business emphasis shifted to focus entirely on assisting clients in identifying business strategies and implementing solutions to their most pressing workplace needs. BRG’s transformation was complete as the company exited the original business of distributing furniture.
"We continually encourage our leadership team and our staff to innovate and think ahead of our customers. We believe it is this mindset that has made it possible for us to thrive in our industry and experience consistent growth and success, despite several challenging economic downturns along the way,” says Michael Levine, BRG’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy.
Some of BRG’s many accomplishments include:
- BRG has experienced year-over-year growth and maintained a consistent management team with an average tenure of almost ten years with the company.
- BRG has completed projects in 48 of the United States as well as most of the Canadian Provinces.
- BRG has expanded our support capabilities to include Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
- BRG has increased our service offerings to meet industry demand in areas such as sustainability, mobile technology solutions, and alternative workplace strategies.
- BRG has a portfolio of clients and relevant experience in the following vertical industries: Automotive, Aerospace, Banking/Financial, Bioscience/Pharmaceuticals, Utilities/Energy, Technology, Cultural Institutions, Education, Entertainment/Media, Government, Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing, Services, Research, Retail and Telecommunications.
"We at BRG would like to thank our employees, our clients and our partners for twenty five fantastic years. We look forward to many years of continued success and growth,” says Traci Doane, BRG’s President and CEO.
